vibeKPI is an AI-powered website audit tool that provides user experience (UX), SEO, and conversion rate optimization insights. We offer both free "Vibe Checks" and paid "Deep Dive" reports.

3. Payments and Billing

Usage of the "Deep Dive" service requires a one-time payment. All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via our site.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, the website, its source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks") are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to bypass any measures we may use to prevent or restrict access to the Site.

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of India. Opankys INC and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Satara, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
