No Refund Policy
By purchasing a "Deep Dive" audit from vibeKPI, you acknowledge that our service is a digital product delivered instantly or via automated AI processing.
Due to the nature of digital goods and the immediate consumption of AI processing resources, we do not offer refunds once an audit has been initiated or a report has been generated.
1. Service Initiation
A service is considered "initiated" the moment our AI agents begin scanning your URL after a successful payment transaction. Once initiated, the work performed by the AI models cannot be reversed, and thus, the payment is non-refundable.
2. Exceptions
We may provide a refund or a credit toward a future audit at our sole discretion in the following circumstances:
- A technical failure on our end prevents the audit from being completed after payment.
- You were double-charged for the same audit due to a payment gateway error.
3. Cancellation
Since we do not offer subscription services, there are no ongoing recurring charges to cancel. Each "Deep Dive" audit is a one-time purchase. If you wish to cancel an audit before it has started (e.g., within seconds of payment), please contact us immediately, though we cannot guarantee a refund if the process has already begun.
4. Chargebacks
If you have an issue with your audit, please contact us at hello@thevibekpi.com before initiating a chargeback. Most issues can be resolved quickly by re-running the audit or providing technical support.
